Dear Parents/Legal Guardians:

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your student at Rangeley Lakes Regional School (RLRS).

Below are documents 1 thru 11 that are needed in order to process your student’s enrollment. Please fill  them out and return them to RLRS as soon as possible.  They can be sent via mail at the address below or by emailing them to the email below.

Please also include the following documentation with the registration packet:

  • Birth Certificate - If your student’s name does not match that of the birth certificate, a legal form documenting the name change must also be submitted as well as custody documents, if applicable

  • Immunizations Records -  If your student is not up to date with their immunizations, per State of Maine law, you have 90 days from the first day of school to comply.  If you have not complied within 90 days your student will not be able to continue attending school until they are up to date. ** If your student is on a catch-up schedule under the guidance of their PCP, parents/legal guardians MUST provide a written notice to the school with dates for upcoming immunization appointments. 

  • Proof of residency (see acceptable documentation that is listed on the enrollment application)

 We do request that you please return document 1.) Permission to Acquire Records as soon as possible so that we can contact the current your student is attending and request their records.

For students entering grades 9 thru 12, a copy of their most current transcript will be needed before a schedule can be created and a start date set.

Once all of this needed paperwork is received we will contact you to discuss a start date for your student.
